Mission:
To
provide an international forum for presenting and discussing
the latest scientific and technical advances leading to more
reliable and quantitative predictions of the weathering performance
of polymeric materials.
Objectives:

To critically examine the existing methodology and alternatives to
the existing methodology used in assessing the service life of
polymeric materials.

To present advances in accelerated and field exposure testing
protocols leading to quantitative results that are both repeatable
and reproducible.

To introduce advanced methods including high-throughput and
combinatorial analyses, models, data collection and storage formats,
and decision support systems having a strong scientific basis.

To discuss strategies for implementing these advances.

To identify outstanding scientific issues that need to be addressed. |
